Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders over $150; a flat $9 rate applies below that.

· Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
· Express delivery: 1–3 business days (calculated at checkout)
· International shipping available to most countries

Returns

We want you to love your piece. If it isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original condition with any tags attached.

· Initiate a return via our Contact page within 14 days
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 days of receipt
· Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty

Grading & Bundles

Every bundle is hand-sorted and graded A, B or A/B Mix. Bundles contain a mix of brands, sizes and colours within the listed category. Questions about a specific lot? Get in touch before you order.
